These terms apply to all Zillennia Expeditions departures. By reserving a seat, you agree to the points below. We keep language clear so you know what to expect before you travel.
Bookings & payments
Seat allocation will be done on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of pickup.
A minimum group size of 12 participants is required to operate the trip. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the trip if the minimum count is not met.
Dinner halts during travel will be planned at selected multi-cuisine restaurants offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, based on route and timings. Individual meal expenses (unless specified under inclusions) are to be borne by participants. (Subject to change based on travel conditions.)
On certain departures, participants may be merged with another group if minimum group strength is not met.
Transport & travel
All timings mentioned in the itinerary are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic conditions, operational constraints, or unforeseen delays.
Private bus or tempo traveller will be arranged based on the final group size to ensure comfortable and efficient transportation throughout the trip.
Itinerary & flexibility
The itinerary is subject to minor modifications depending on weather conditions, local regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances, in the interest of group safety and experience.
The itinerary may be amended, reversed, or adjusted due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or local circumstances, while maintaining all inclusions.
Security concerns, government restrictions, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the itinerary.

Accommodation
Hotels may be located in city outskirts or nearby areas based on availability.
Triple sharing accommodation may include an extra mattress or rollaway bed, and room size may remain the same as a double room.
Air conditioning in hotels is subject to prevailing weather conditions, power availability, and regional limitations, and may vary from property to property.
Conduct & personal responsibility
Participants are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the journey.
Participants are expected to respect local customs, fellow travelers, and trip timelines. Mutual cooperation is essential for a smooth and enjoyable group experience.
The organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
